Following Darwin’s theory, robots are the future within production lines. Collaborative robotics are a cost-effective method to increase efficiency of existing lines. Working hand-in-hand with humans, learning as they go. These robotic arms are easy to use, and help to bridge the skills gap in manufacturing operations.
Euroflow Automation work closely with Universal Robots, integrating robotic arms for use within a variety of industries. Offering fast payback times, robotic arms allow automation of repetitive and dangerous tasks. By using collaborative robotics to streamline monotonous processes, you will be able to reallocate some of your staff to higher priority tasks. Improving the overall morale, and adding value to your company.

3 different models
Every business has different needs, which is why Euroflow choose to work with Universal Robots. Providing three different solutions to customers’ problems.
The UR3 model is a table-top robot, ideal for light assembly tasks that require unrequited precision. Then we move onto the UR5 model which is slightly bigger. Perfect for low-weight processing tasks like picking and placing. Euroflow regularly integrate these within the FMCG industry. The largest model is the UR10, which is capable of automating tasks of up to 10kg.
Collaborative robots carry out tasks like any human would, and have an internal machine learning capability. So once the parameters are set, the robot will remember the process. You don’t need experience in robotics to set these up either. You simply move the robot arm to the desired waypoints, or use the arrow keys on the touchscreen tablet.
Full training provided
Euroflow will not only help with the integration of the robot into your line, but we can provide robotics training too. So your new automated line can be up and running in no time at all.
Integrating collaborative robotics within your packing line won’t be a limiting factor. Product demand is sent to fleet software (which is within the robots), and then tasks are allocated to the robot.
It is simple to change this task, to meet the demands of your business and stay competitive. The robot arms are easily moved to new processes, allowing you to automate a wide variety of tasks.
